This is a quick update from the organisers of Scotland’s Best Outdoors.
With Scotland’s Best Outdoors now just 81 days away, we don’t want you to forget to book your space. This fantastic activity based exhibition will be taking place in the GE Oil & Gas Arena at the AECC in Aberdeen on 29th/30th March. The booking deadline is end of play on Friday 7th February 2014 so get in touch today to discuss your space!
At this year’s event, we will play host to a show within a show as “Wheels” joins a fantastic line-up of exhibitors already confirmed, expanding the wheel based activity side of the event. The “Wheels” section of the floorplan will feature indoor and outdoor exhibitors offering riders, drivers and their families the chance to see and experience some of the finest machines including motorbikes, cycles, cars, trucks, ATVs and their accessories. “Wheels” was held for the first time at the AECC in April 2013 as a one day event, attracting over 600 bike, car and off-road vehicle fans. In 2014 they join forces with Scotland’s Best Outdoors to bring an even bigger bang to what is sure to be a top day out for all outdoors enthusiasts, whether they’re walkers, bikers, surfers, gardeners, skiers or paragliders… or anything else to do with the outdoors!
After achieving 2, 000 visitors in our first ever show last year, we have lots of things going on behind the scenes to boost awareness of Scotland’s Best Outdoors as well as joining forces with “Wheels”. The Aberdeen Now section of the Daily Record published on 19th December 2013 included a lovely 2 page spread about the dream behind the event… if you missed it and would like to check it out, please follow this link and skip to pages 8 & 9: http://edition.pagesuite-professional.co.uk/Launch.aspx?PBID=9ab8f4df-662c-4136-84e8-0b16ac74fd95. We are also advertising in Raring2Go, Scotland Outdoors magazine, on Facebook & Twitter, on the AECC website, via Ticketmaster, as partners of the Homecoming Scotland campaign from VisitScotland and we are listed on countless what’s on guides and activity based magazines, websites and journals.
