Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) are excited to announce the unprecedented news that The Scottish Home Show’s debut exhibition has already outgrown it’s originally planned Halls before the doors have even opened.
The exhibition takes place at AECC on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd September and was originally due to take place in Boyd Orr (AECC’s second largest hall at 1496m2), which then extended to the two adjoining multi-purpose suites; the Crombie Suite (471m2 ) and Gordon Suite (559m2). Following major support from local and national businesses the show has now been moved into The Arena, which at 7320m2 is AECC’s largest hall, to cope with the exponential growth.
The Scottish Home Show is brought to life by Tradesadvisor.com in association with Thistle Windows and Conservatories and boasts an expanding exhibitor directory of well known names including major retailers John Lewis and Marks and Spencer.
Director of the Scottish Home Show, Darren Ross, said: “We are delighted at the levels of interest displayed by exhibitors, the show is shaping up to be even better than first anticipated, with lots of exhibitors showcasing a wide range of products, we are certain there will be something for everyone!”
Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s Managing Director added: “It is brilliant to see the interest and backing of this show. It is important to the North East of Scotland to deliver shows of this quality and we hope the public will come along to meet all these well-known companies brought together in the AECC Arena. We very much look forward to the show and are impressed with this unprecedented achievement before the doors have even opened to the public!”
