After entertaining over 28, 000 fans at six sell out shows earlier this year, ‘The X Factor Live Tour’is confirmed to return to Aberdeen in 2011. The popular show will appear at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre’s (AECC’s) Press & Journal Arena for two shows (2.30pm and 7.30pm) on Sunday 27th March 2011. The seventh series of ‘The X Factor’ has just returned to our TV screens and has already gripped the nation once more, with millions of viewers tuning in to watch the audition process.

The live stage spectacular promises to capture all the excitement of the much-loved TV show and the 2011 tour will be headlined by this year’s winner, alongside the remaining finalists.
Audiences of last years ‘The X Factor Live Tour’ saw winner Joe McElderry take centre stage with his debut single “The Climb”. Other entertaining performances were given by Jedward, Olly Murs, Stacey Solomon, Lucie Jones and Jamie Archer.
Fans of Olly Murs will get a chance to see him perform at AECC later this month as part of AECC 25th Birthday celebrations. A charity dinner dance is being held on 25th September with the aim of raising £25, 000 throughout our birthday year for CLAN (Cancer Link Aberdeen and North).
Tickets for the 2.30pm and 7.30pm shows for ‘The X Factor 2011 Live Tour’ go on sale on Saturday 4th Septemberand cost £32.50 each plus booking fee.
