The seventh series of The X Factor has become the talking point of the nation with a record average of 16 million people tuning in each week. Now fans of the show have even more chances to see their favourite X Factor acts perform live, as the final nine contestants are confirmed to appear for five shows on 2011’s X Factor Live Tour at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre’s (AECC’s) Press & Journal Arena in March 2011.
Taking to the stage this year is the 2010 winner Matt Cardle along with Rebecca Ferguson, One Direction, Cher Lloyd, Mary Byrne, Katie Waissel, Wagner, Paije Richardson and Aiden Grimshaw.
The X Factor Live Tour will be in Aberdeen from Sunday 27th until Thursday 31st March 2011. Thursday’s show has just been added to the tour due to popular demand. Last years X Factor Live Tour completely sold out, with almost a million people seeing the show across an unprecedented 57 dates.
The massive arena tour will visit all the UK’s major cities from Aberdeen to Dublin, with contestants performing classic songs and viewer’s favourites from the TV series including the latest series winner – Matt Cardle – performing his No.1 single When We Collide.
