Last week saw some of the sales team attend ILMC (International Live Music Conference) in London, a highly acclaimed event in the live music industry which is now in its 28th year. Director of Sales and Marketing , Louise Lonie along with Senior Sales Manager Anna Mackenzie and PR & Marketing Manager Leigh-Ann Kemp attended the three day conference to increase their network in the entertainment industry, build on existing relationships whist promoting the existing and new AECC venues.
The team had the chance to meet with existing clients and promoters within the music industry and meet with other industry professionals and peers from venues across the globe. Many sessions and discussion panels were attended on topics regarding the future of the industry, digital media, new technologies, ticketing and show safety with organisations including Twitter, Youtube, Google, Live Nation, Ticketmaster
