The following information is for your safety and enjoyment of the Premier League Darts. The below rules are in place additional to our usual Do’s and Don’ts (

Responsible Drinking: please drink responsibly. Bars will close prior to the last match.

Sporting Conduct: patrons must show respect for players, fellow spectators and staff.

Dress Code: domestic football colours are not permitted (international football colours and rugby tops are permitted). Fancy dress is permitted (without accessories) but costumes of controversial characters are not.

Mobile Phones: all mobile phones should be switched off or on silent.

Photography: professional photography and audio/video recording equipment is not permitted.

No Smoking In the Arena: an external smoking area is available, please ask a steward where this is located.

Appropriate Behaviour: the Venue has a zero tolerance policy on violence and abusive language. The following behaviours are also considered inappropriate:
• Throwing objects of any kind;
• Writing obscenities or football slogans on the 180 cards;
• Flash photography whilst matches are in play;
• Drunken or intoxicated behaviour;
• Mexican waves;
• Removal of clothing and displaying of bare flesh;
• Abusive language or behaviour to any PDC official or agent thereof;
• Abusive or racial chanting;
• Collection and building of plastic pint pot towers;
• Standing on chairs or tables;
• Whistling or Shouting;

Prohibited items: security searching is in operation. The following items will be confiscated:
• Weapons;
• Illegal substances;
• Alcohol;
• Darts (real or pretend);
• Balloons;
• Whistles;
• Air horns;
• Party poppers;
• Spray/silly string;
• Snappits/ Glo sticks;
• Flagpoles and corrugated or solid signage of any type



AECC parking and transport information

Pay & Display is in operation in all AECC car parks. Tickets must be purchased on arrival at the Venue and clearly displayed inside your vehicle. The ‘Pay & Display’ system costs £5 per car and £10 per coach.

Ticket machines are situated at various locations in Car Park 2, 4, 5 and 6 surrounding the AECC and the GE Oil & Gas Arena with some requiring exact change only (no notes), others will also accept all major credit and debit cards (see the above map for machine locations).  A receipt can be provided if requested at the time of payment.

Please note cars displaying appropriate blue badges are not required to pay.

IMPORTANT INFO: For ease of exit, if you are traveling to the City and the South please use Car Park 4. If you are traveling to the North please use Car Park 5.

Gig ‘n’ Go will be in operation on the evening with services departing from the bus stop at Molton Brown on Union Street at 6.30pm and 7.15pm, traveling to AECC with pick-ups at all Park & Ride stops on Union Street and Castle Street. Return services to the City Centre will depart after the show ends outside the West Entrance of the GE Oil & Gas Arena.

Fares are £3 for a single, £5 return and £10 for a family ticket (2 grown-ups and 2 children under 16). Tickets can be purchased on the Gig ‘n’ Go services from the driver or on First services 1, 2, and 40 and are valid on these service numbers also. Tickets can also be purchased in advance from the First Travel Centre at 47 Union Street, Aberdeen.
