Little Mix Announce Second Aberdeen Date After Tickets Fly Out the Door

2nd date announcement

One of pops hottest girl groups, Little Mix, have announced they will be bringing their 2016 ‘Get Weird Tour’ to Aberdeen for a second night on Monday 11th April after tickets for Tuesday 12th April flew out the door when they went on sale mid-November.

The quirky quartet formed exclusively during the eighth series of X Factor and became the first group to win the competition. Following their success, they were signed to Syco Music and their debut album DNA was released in November 2012, which charted in the top five in eight countries.

Get Weird was released in November with the first single, ‘Black Magic’, spending three consecutive weeks at the number one spot in the UK making them the first girl group to have a number one remain there for longer than one week.

Fans are in for a treat if they treat themselves to a VIP package, which is available on both nights of the show. With great seats in the first ten rows, exclusive tour gift from Little Mix, signed photo, commemorative tour laminate plus a VIP team member to host. General tickets and VIP packages will go on sale at 9am on Friday 4th December.

Anna Mackenzie, AECC’s Senior Sales Manager, said, “The ‘Mixers’ of Aberdeen will be over the moon with this announcement! When the first date was announced, there was such a hype around it and we are sure fans who missed out on the first dates will snap up these tickets just as quick.”
