Our Journey to sustainability

 

We recognise our event management activities, products, services and operations have the potential to have both a positive and negative; environmental, social and economic impact.

 

To take us through the journey we have a dedicated Working Group consisting of our Sustainability Champion David McDonald, Catering General Manager, plus:

· Craig Buchanan, Operations Manager

· Sarah Coutts, Senior PR and Marketing Executive

· Graeme Cumming, Finance Director and Deputy MD

· Wilson Dornan, Arena Supervisor

· Theresa Gorman, EBMS Administrator

· Hilary MacDonald, Sales Executive

· Brian McDonald, Executive Head Chef

· Scott McDonald, Deputy Catering Manager

· Tori Stonebridge, Event Co-ordinator

As part of our journey we have committed to working within towards ISO 20121 accreditation and continuing our partnership with the Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS).

As part of our sustainable efforts we are continually looking at ways to improve sustainably and encourage feedback from any of our stakeholders and interested parties.
