Great Causes Supported by AECC

AECC’s Venue Support Team Member, Danny Thomson was punching for a good cause when he took part in Ultra White Collar Boxing (UWCB) on Saturday 26th November. The UWCB experience takes individuals with no boxing background through an eight-week training programme before taking to the ring in front of a 2, 600 strong crowd in AECC’s GE Oil & Gas Arena. Danny was one of 240 participants taking part in the charity event which saw over £39, 600 being raised for Cancer Research UK with donations still coming in.
