The UK’s biggest touring cheese festival, Cheese Fest UK is returning to Aberdeen later this year. The popular event will take place at the North Easts brand new event venue, The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA), on Saturday 19 October 2019.

Those attending can expect another fun packed event from Cheese Fest UK, with the chance to sample some of the greatest cheeses in the world, including melted raclette, gooey mozzarella sticks and a whole host of other ‘cheese-tastic’ delights from the UK’s best cheese traders! With plenty of old favourites as well as new additions to try, you’re definitely in for a cheesy treat!
This year, Cheese Fest are also delighted to be celebrating Wallace and Gromit’s 30th anniversary as part of the festival. This means even more for those attending to get involved in, such as model making with Aardman Animations, live action vehicles, film screenings and even a meet and greet with Wallace and Gromit!
With all this plus live music, cookery demonstrations from celebrity chef Sean Wilson and an artisan cheese market, this isn’t an event to miss out on!

The family event with themed arenas and attractions arrives to The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA) across two impressive days, Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October 2019.
Fans can choose from any of the six arenas on offer including, Fortnite Battle Royal, a Battlefield Arena, A Zombie Apocalypse and a SWAT arena – where participants become the member of a SWAT elite and prevent a bank robbery.
Steven Reynolds, Nerf War Carnival Director said: “We are delighted to bring the Carnival to TECA and very much look forward to delivering a family event to the people of Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.”
Attractions also include an inflatable zone, VR stations, zorbing, arcades and a beanbag cinema.

Little Mix have announced the cancellation of their 2019 show in Aberdeen.
Representatives of the band have said “Due to unforeseen logistical issues Little Mix have unfortunately had to cancel their Aberdeen show, scheduled for 4th October 2019.
The band are really disappointed to not be able to make the show”

One of Scotland’s largest gaming events, 4TG Game Con, is returning to Aberdeen later this year. The popular event will take place at the North Easts brand new event venue, The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA), on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2019.

World Karate and Kickboxing Commission (WKC) is set to return to AECC on Sunday 5 May 2019 bringing competitors from across the world to the North East to compete with the very best at the Aberdeen Open Tournament.
WKC are committed to make the Aberdeen Open the biggest and best with competitor and spectator experience at high importance,the Aberdeen Open is a truly international event with the world’s best Martial Artists.Kickboxing teams from Canada and USA are among the 1,000 competitors which will compete at the event.
