AECC Sales Manager, Charlotte Garvie, is gearing up to attend the highly acclaimed four-day CONFEC Red event that brings meeting planners and suppliers of the meetings, incentives, conferencing and exhibitions (MICE) market together to do business.
This year’s event will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, 4-7 February, offering a focused and productive networking in both formal and relaxed environments to ensure every opportunity is maximised.
CONFEC Red brings together the UK’s top agencies, corporate and incentive organisers to meet with major international and emerging hotel chains, venues, convention bureaus and tourist boards all with the aim of securing new business and valuable contacts.
Throughout the event, attendees will attend pre arranged one-to-one meetings along with attending a packed calendar to provide an insight to what is new in the marketplace have the opportunity to meet senior level executives in top agencies during meals and other planned networking activities to foster communication and sharing of ideas, best practices and future business relationships.
The Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO) is the UK’s leading organisation for conference and event organisers which works to deliver not-for-profit and association conferences. ABPCO is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations by sharing skills, knowledge and experience in the meetings industry.
Being active members of ABPCO, Sales Manager, Steven Daun and Sales Executive, Christine Ford, will be travelling to Birmingham to attend the ABPCO Annual General Meeting. The AGM programme has been designed to provide professional development for members through presentations and discussions as well as networking opportunities.
