AECC Recognised for Best Customer Service at Conference Awards

On Friday 30 June, top industry professionals gathered at London’s Tobacco Dock for the Global Conference Network’s sixth annual Conference Awards, where it was announced that Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) were winners of the award for Best Conference Venue Customer Service – over 500 delegates.

Having received a record number of award entries this year, the prestigious award ceremony, hosted by comedians Marcus Brigstocke and Jo Caulfield, sets a benchmark for industry excellence; with 20 categories lauding events, venues and the teams behind them.


AECC Sales and Marketing Director, Louise Stewart, commented: “We are proud to receive this award, customer relations is a key focus at AECC and something our team are passionate about.  To be recognised in this way is fantastic, and comes at a time when we not only celebrate 32 years in business, but also look towards our brand new venue which will open its doors in 2019.”
