Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) are pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Hunter as PR & Marketing Assistant at the Centre.
Rachel joined the Communications Team at AECC at the end of 2012 straight from achieving an MSc in International Marketing Management (with Distinction) from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. Prior to this she achieved a BA with First Class Honours in Management with Marketing, which involved a year’s placement in Marketing at Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce.
The Communications Team at AECC, which is headed by Victoria Withy, encompasses PR and Marketing with Professional Conference Organisation and Commercialisation, and is continually expanding due to demand from increased business and events held at the Venue.
Brian Horsburgh, Managing Director of AECC said, “The addition of Rachel to the Communications Team strengthens the strategies we have in place and paves the way for us to further nurture AECC’s brand and promote to a wider audience.”
