AECC Achieves Investors in People Accreditation!

Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) is proud to announce the Company has achieved the prestigious Investors in People Bronze Accreditation.

After many years of working with Investors in People, AECC last year aimed to upgrade commitment to staff by moving up to Bronze status.  Investors in People is a highly regarded, successful framework for business improvement through people in the UK. This award represents a true commitment by AECC to our employees and demonstrates a solid foundation of good practice which remains challenging and aspirational for many organisations.

AECC joins an exclusive group of UK employers eligible to use and display the sought after Investors in People logo and plaque, and enjoy its benefits.

Commenting on the award, Graeme Cumming, Finance Director at AECC who oversees the Investors in People initiative at the Centre said: “I am delighted that AECC have achieved the IiP accreditation.  This demonstrates our on-going support of and commitment to our workforce.  It also mirrors our stance on developing a more sustainable way of working and our current ISO20121 journey, by investing in our team.”
