It has been announced that High School Musical style pop duo Same Difference will be performing at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) next year. The former X Factor contestants will entertain a seated audience of over 1,500 on Sunday, 29 March 2009.

Internationally acclaimed tribute act The Australian Pink Floyd Show will return to Aberdeen in 2009. The hugely popular show will visit the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) Arena for the third time on Saturday, 2 May 2009 as part of ‘The Wall – Live in Concert’ tour.

Tickets for P!nk’s 2009 visit to Aberdeen go on sale next week on Tuesday, 4 November 2008. Having sold out two consecutive nights in 2006, the two time Grammy Award and five time MTV Award winning singer song writer will again play to what is expected to be a sell out audience in the AECC Arena on Monday, 13 April 2009.

Tickets for the legendary American artist Lionel Richie who is returning to the AECC on Wednesday, 25 March 2009, went on sale on Friday 24 October and sold out within several hours. Therefore, it has been announced that the artist will perform for a second night, Thursday, 26 March 2009.

It has been announced that another major American act is coming to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) in 2009. Following the announcements of The Killers and Pussycat Dolls last week, it has now been confirmed that P!nk will play in AECC’s Press and Journal Arena on Monday, 13 April 2009.
