Jake and Elwood

Legendary Blues Brothers tribute, Jake and Elwood, have announced that they are to play to a 3,000 strong, all seated audience at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC). The highly entertaining ‘Jake and Elwood’s Christmas Party’ tour will be stopping past the AECC’s Press and Journal Arena on 20, December 2008.

“This really should be a fantastic night of fun with a special atmosphere in the build up to Christmas” says Clarke Milloy, Managing Director, AECC. “It will be our last gig of 2008 in what is shaping up to be another wonderful year of entertainment at the AECC”.

Hailed as “The best Blues Brothers show in the world ever”, Jake & Elwood’s touring show has been seen by millions around the World, always living up to its reputation as being the ultimate feel good musical experience.

Jake and Elwood, who are backed by the acclaimed Black Rhino Show Band, will raise the AECC roof with timeless soul and blues hits, such as ‘Everybody’ and ‘Gimmie Some Lovin’. Fans will also be treated to versions of classic Christmas songs which have been specially commissioned for the show.
