This high impact workshop has been especially designed to provide both graduates and other high potentials with a well rounded knowledge of business practices in a modern fast moving economy.

Delegates will also explore business relationships, important communication challenges and key organisational activities which allow a modern organisation to flourish and to function effectively.

Delegates will learn the fundamentals of:

• Business Management; Appreciating how a successful business functions, understanding key activities and challenges, the importance of effective financial control.
• Presentation Skills; How to put together a team-centred group presentation in a limited time-frame and to compete with the class to win the ‘presentation team prize!’
• Managing Me; How to set priorities and goals that are achievable whilst understanding their own communication style. In addition individuals will learn to appreciate how safety and welfare issues impact on both them and the company.
• Challenging Change; Utilising new skills to devise clear solutions on how to best manage, respond and ultimately succeed through change. This module also describes how remote management and diversity issues should be considered in a modern global economy.
