Baby Changing
There are Baby Changing facilities located beside the toilets at the main reception / councourse, outside the Crombie Suite and at both the East and West entrances to the Main Arena.

There are two ATMs in the AECC, one situated in the concourse at the main entrance of the AECC and one at the West Entrance of the Press & Journal Arena.

The main cloakroom is located within the concourse at the main entrance (this is only open for specific events). Depending on the location of the event, additional cloakroom facilities may also be available.

The centre has two first aid rooms, one at the main entrance and one at the West entrance. A doctor or first aid people are onsite for the majority of the large concerts and shows that take place.
