Conferences

The Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) has numerous rooms and halls suitable for conferences including:

• The Boyd Orr hall which has plenary capacity for up to 2000 or can be divided in half to seat up to 1000
• Two 700 seat multi purpose suites
• A 440 seat purpose built auditorium and a state of the art conference room seating up to 240 delegates.
• The Centre also features 20 breakout rooms, which are conveniently located around the larger halls making them ideal for conference syndicate sessions or roundtable discussions, as well as useful stand-alone facilities that can be hired for smaller meetings.
• The AECC also offers a professional team of experts who are on hand to assist in the organisation and running of any event and each individual event, no matter how large or small, is each allocated a dedicated event manager who will be responsible for coordinating the event.
• The Centre also has its own in-house Professional Conference Organising (PCO) Team, which can provide a number of services to help with the organisation and running of a conference.
