The Centre's flexibility in terms of facilities in terms of facilities and staff expertise means that organisers can order anything from an informal buffet for four colleagues, to a five-course banquet for 1500 guests.

The specialist management are always on hand to advise on menus and will work with you to design a menu which suits your budget and taste.
